As part of Service Department, based in Mexico City, you will be responsible for our “Post Sales Service” in Mexico.
**The job**
To become successful, reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities and tasks as Field Technical Service Representative will include, among others:
- Responsible for service our analyzers and IT solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance in our analyzers install base.
- Responsible for achieve service goals cooperating with the team.
- Manages positive customer relationships.
- Achieve service targets as service contracts and new digital services.
- Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visits.
- Installation of instruments and customers use training.
- Develops strong partnerships with sales team to aid in anticipating potential customer issues and uncover additional selling opportunities in accounts.
