Job Description
Field service engineer is responsible for responding to customers' calls and completing technical service tasks such as equipment installation, debugging, programming and commissioning, calibration tasks, corrective maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Instruct customers on how to operate equipment and perform operator-level troubleshooting, all related to wire harness automation equipment.
Functions:
- Troubleshooting problems
- Responsible for the implementation of equipment improvement and on-site training
- Task scheduling at each job site
- Ensure proper adherence to facility safety requirements
- Creating in-depth technical reports
- Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and customer inquiries
