Field Service Engineer, Data Center

Main tasks in this role is to act as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Finland and Nordic in working in large data center projects as UPS systems commissioning engineer. You provide a first class commissioning service as a part of the project and commissioning teams. You are professional electrician, good team player and you like technical challenges. You will work also in other Nordic countries as needed, travelling time to Nordic level is 25%. Provide the highest level of technical expertise in all Data Center commissioning activities. Support and train Local Field Service Engineers in such activities. Manage key account technical escalations providing support including site visits, to engineers and customers alike, drive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback where necessary.
