Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on machinery
  • Support senior engineers with machine installation, maintenance, and inspections
  • Diagnose and resolve issues at customer sites or via phone assistance
  • Execute basic retrofit tasks
  • Share insights and feedback with other projects and departments
  • Assemble and test Bühler equipment at customer locations following set protocols and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed delegation reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external technicians during installation or maintenance operations
  • Coordinate assigned responsibilities with other business unit functions
  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major)
  • 2~6 years of Field Service Engineer/Customer Service Engineer experience
  • Business level of English communication skill
