Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on machinery Support senior engineers with machine installation, maintenance, and inspections Diagnose and resolve issues at customer sites or via phone assistance Execute basic retrofit tasks Share insights and feedback with other projects and departments Assemble and test Bühler equipment at customer locations following set protocols and safety standards. Prepare detailed delegation reports Collaborate with internal and external technicians during installation or maintenance operations Coordinate assigned responsibilities with other business unit functions Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major) 2~6 years of Field Service Engineer/Customer Service Engineer experience Business level of English communication skill
