Your mission as Field Service Engineer ELD is to provide expert installation, maintenance and repair services for our advanced adhesive dispensing solutions focused on the electronics manufacturing sector, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of customer service. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of our solutions at our customers' production plants through your expertise. Your work is key for supporting the operational success, efficiency and sustainability in our customers' production lines.

You will

  • Report into the Service and Aftersales Coordinator in your corresponding region.
  • Conduct both planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair different types of industrial assembly systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and thoroughly document activities. 
  • Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

  • 1-4 years of experience in maintenance or service, ideally in the automotive or electronics industry
  • Availability to travel extensively within Mexico, supporting customers all over the country
  • Advanced English language skills
  • University degree in mechatronics or in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering

    You will be part of our Industrial Assembly Solutions Customer Center in Puebla, but your place of residence being in the Bajío area. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers in different regions of Mexico.
