Job Description
Position Summary: Represents the company worldwide at customer locations in a technical product support role. Responsible for customer's satisfaction with performance of equipment, modifications and upgrades to existing equipment, including repair, maintenance, training and servicing. Performs intermediate on-site machine engineering and customer support activities involving the installation, modification, servicing and repair of equipment.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
This position supports customer sites in Aguascalientes, Mexico, however, the job requires domestic and international travel up to 50%. Conduct on-site installation and repair of semiconductor test equipment on location at customer locations worldwide.
