We Are Hiring: Service Engineer

Location: India (HQ-based with frequent plant & customer interaction)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Reporting to: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of CNC plasma/laser machines
• Troubleshooting technical issues at customer sites
• Providing timely support and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth service operations

What we’re looking for:

• Technical background in CNC / electrical / mechanical systems
• Hands-on field service experience preferred
• Willingness to travel and learn
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• B.Tech Electrical/ Electronics, Diploma/ITI Electrical
