Based in Adelaide, SA, we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Field Service Engineer - Infection Control to join our growing Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Electricians as necessary.

• Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment
• Troubleshooting issues that arise in equipment and ensuring the product is returned to a fully functional level enabling the customer to continue their business operations
• Liaising with the Getinge Service Coordination team prior to attending customer sites; ensuring that you are effectively prepared to resolve the customer's issues

• Full Electrical licence and a valid Driver's Licence (Mandatory requirement)
• A strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem solving abilities
• A proven track record of going above and beyond for others
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and as part of a team
