Field Service Engineer IS

JOB SUMMARY: The Field Engineers are the primary technical resource for the aftermarket sales force and are responsible for providing technical, field assistance, installation, operation, inspection and startup for multiple projects for the product lines of CPM to end-users located in South America, ensuring accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

Working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical support, the Field Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

The Field Engineer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

The primary products are a variety of process equipment serving the oilseed, feed, Bioenergy, and Industrial industries.
