Field Service Engineer, LatAm

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Field Service Engineer to join our growing team! Reporting to the Service Manager, LatAm , the Field Service Engineer, LatAm will be home based in Tijuana, Mexico .

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site product installations, upgrades and on-going service support and maintenance in assigned territory.
• Utilize proven troubleshooting processes to diagnose and resolve technical issues electro-mechanical aesthetic and robotic aesthetic systems.
• Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Manage customer relationship, written documentation of service activities, and effective interaction and communication with internal technical support personnel, manufacturing, and sales.
