Working Hours: Core 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional out-of-hours/on-call coverage
About the Role
Our client is a leading provider of high-end residential technology solutions, specializing in design, installation, and support for premium properties in the greater London area. They are known for delivering a bespoke concierge-style service to a discerning client base.
The Service Engineer will provide on-site and remote technical support, managing and resolving service tickets efficiently while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. The role involves fault finding, troubleshooting, and escalation when necessary. You will also support upgrade projects and, when designated as project lead, take ownership of delivery and client communication alongside the Service Manager or System Designer.
