**A Day in the Life**

The Field Service Specialist is the primary technical liaison for Medtronic CAS customers. He/She is also a technical support avenue for the CAS Clinical Field and Sales team. He/She will be completely responsible for the technical assessment, installation, support, servicing, and maintenance of the Affera mapping and ablation equipment. He/She will interface closely with the Field Service team and the Sales team to coordinate resources to best satisfy sites and with Quality, Production and Engineering to feedback technical information about our products learned in the field.
