Job Description
THE ROLE
Assigned to implement and monitor compliance of Motorcycle Dealers to established Suzuki Service Standards and programs. Orients dealers and service network on service policies and procedures. Monitor their service facilities, operation and activities through regular field visits and offers necessary feedback and recommendation for continuous improvement of the service network. Provide service bulletins and technical assistance to dealers, as necessary, and evaluate related warranty claims for immediate resolution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Must have a Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering or Automotive course
- Has related work experience in the automotive or motorcycle dealership industry
- With relevant exposure and/or technical knowledge in engine/mechanical repair
- Willing to execute field assignments and must be a licensed and strictly experienced 4-wheel driver
