What You Will Do

Install, configure and commission flexographic and digital printing systems, including electrical control panels, drive systems, servo motors and print inspection technologies.

Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues, performing troubleshooting on PLCs, sensors, drives, motion control systems and related industrial subsystems.

Perform preventive maintenance, functional calibrations and electrical safety inspections to ensure optimal system reliability.

Execute software and hardware upgrades, validating system performance and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

Deliver technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams, focused on electrical operation, control systems and maintenance best practices.

Collaborate with global engineering teams to implement improvements, share field feedback and represent Coesia and Hapa with professionalism and technical excellence at customer sites.

Travel extensively (up to 80%) within Mexico and internationally to support installations, services and customer projects.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering

2–3 years of experience in industrial automation, machinery or industrial equipment

Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley or similar)

Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.)

Fluent English and Spanish

Strong technical skills with a customer-oriented mindset

Valid passport and full availability to travel
