You will be tasked with responding to customers' field repair and service requests diagnosing whilst providing comprehensive detail about the nature of the problem to the customer and Finning to create a quote as per the request of the customer within a cost and time-effective manner.
Working within Finning's industry-leading field service department, and for the world's largest CAT dealership, you will be at the forefront of the company's site diagnostic and repair capabilities for Caterpillar products.
