Field Service Engineer

Job Description

You will install, maintain and repair Chemical Analysis systems, manage service contracts and provide technical support via phone and email. The role includes field visits, help desk coverage and accurate spare‑parts handling.

Responsibilities

• Field support for advanced equipment used in energy, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical environments.
• Travel across the Benelux region and to selected European locations to provide services.
• Plan and execute system startup's, performance checks and technical interventions with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a key technical contact, guiding users through operation, maintenance and best‑practice workflows.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and application support when not on site.
• Ensure accurate handling of parts, tools and service documentation.
