Job Description
Perform and supervise installation, technical system checks and commissioning of equipment at customers’ sites globally.
Continuously collect, analyze and summarize customers’ feedback, and report to the line manager.
Follow up of service-related activities and timely execution of service tasks.
Generate reports in a timely and transparent manner, especially with issues concerning job schedule, potential risks, technical difficulties, etc.
Communicate and collaborate appropriately with customers.
Ensure the proper function of tools and safety equipment, strictly following safety procedure to handle hazardous chemicals.
Shift duty might be required upon customer request.
90% International travel is required to serve customers in Europe, USA and other countries.
