Field Service Engineer/ Sr. Field Support Engineer

Role Overview The Field Service Engineer is responsible for attending vessels and shore-based sites to carry out installation commissioning troubleshooting repair job and maintenance of advanced satellite communication systems and marine navigation equipment This role requires strong hands-on experience with gyro-stabilized antenna systems including VSAT FleetBroadband FBB Starlink OneWeb Iridium terminals Citadel Isat phones Fleet Xpress Firewall IT job and NAVARINO Infinity systems The engineer should also be proficient with IT networking hardware firewalls and secure communication components Key Responsibilities Perform onboard and onshore installation configuration commissioning and maintenance of satellite communication terminals and navigation systems Work on gyro-stabilized antennas and terminal systems including VSAT TVRO FBB Starlink OneWeb and Iridium Certus Configure and support Fleet Xpress and NAVARINO Infinity platforms including L...
