·Service Existing and New Accounts: Install and maintain print production equipment, ensuring proper setup and optimal functioning at customer sites

·Pre Installation Scoping: Scope and, when necessary, conduct facility pre-installation meetings with customers, and their contractors, to confirm necessary utility modifications for proper equipment installation and operation

·Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose, repair, and document service issues with machinery in customer facilities, maintaining detailed records

·Equipment Demonstration: Inspect, install, familiarize, and demonstrate equipment to customers, ensuring they are fully trained and satisfied with the setup

·Customer Support: Analyze customer helpdesk tickets, identify solutions, suggest improve methods and techniques, and recommend system improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
