**Job Purpose**
Provide on-site support for the Intron product range, including, but not limited to calibration, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of EM, SH and CEAST materials testing systems and other after sales warranty services, as specified by the Service Operations Supervisor or Team Lead
**Ideally based Utrecht (North of Tilburg) or Tilburg**
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
+ To deliver onsite support for the Instron product range, including, but not limited to calibration, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of EM, SH and CEAST materials testing systems.
+ Proactively look for leads for new machines, accessories and other services.
+ Be familiar with the company’s product life cycle in order to be able to advise customers regarding obsolescence.
+ Report on competitor equipment and activities at customer sites.
