Are you ready to take your engineering skills on the road and make a real difference? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team where your expertise and customer focus will shine.
Location
You must be located in the Birmingham / West Midlands area with your immediate work area covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Worcester postcodes.
We are happy to cross train from other electromechanical sectors such as Photocopier / Print and Coffee and White goods
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional service by installing, repairing, and maintaining cutting‑edge equipment at customer sites.
- Provide hands‑on user training and ensure smooth operation of products.
- Keep accurate records and reports while following best‑practice procedures.
- Be an ambassador for quality and innovation by promoting products and services.
