Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
•Provide site service to installed based customers
• Provide emergency service to customers
• Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers
• Manage products recall/replacement
• Reports progress and technical problems to service manager
• Communicate technical problems to factory teams
• Co-work closely with all BU team members
• Pro-actively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work
• Manage the timesheet and service schedule

• You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all services assigned to the team.
