Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Performs hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, order replacement parts as required
  • Provide on-site installation and technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with the customer.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the customer.

Qualifications

  • Education: Engineering Graduate
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales and Service Engineering
  • Technical Skills: Experience in handling/managing machines used in the semicon/electronics manufacturing companies
