The Position

As a Field Service & Installation Engineer, you will provide a blend of remote technical support and on-site service, maintenance, and installation of audio‑visual (AV) and unified communications (UC) systems across client sites. You will ensure high‑quality technical delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction across a range of environments including corporate, cultural, visitor, and entertainment venues.
