Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange field needs per work order assignments.
- Oversee or complete pool equipment repairs and installations (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, salt systems, etc.).
- Assist technicians on service standards, safety, and best practices.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize daily service workloads.
- Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
- Conduct quality inspections of bodies of water and equipment when needed.
- Coordinate with office staff on scheduling and service contracts.
- Answer and complete emergency service calls after hours.
- Identify opportunities for upselling repairs and upgrades.
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle pool equipment and chemicals.
