Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mange field needs per work order assignments.
  • Oversee or complete pool equipment repairs and installations (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, salt systems, etc.).
  • Assist technicians on service standards, safety, and best practices.
  • Plan, schedule, and optimize daily service workloads.
  • Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality inspections of bodies of water and equipment when needed.
  • Coordinate with office staff on scheduling and service contracts.
  • Answer and complete emergency service calls after hours.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling repairs and upgrades.

Physical & Work Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle pool equipment and chemicals.
