**Overview**

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (4) plays a crucial role in maintaining a designated territory of Sharp equipment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and meticulous equipment maintenance. With extensive experience as a Field Service Technician, this role may involve mentoring entry-level technicians and managing special or large accounts, applying advanced problem-solving techniques as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Services and maintains a full territory independently in the installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment and proactively develops service plans while maintaining a high degree of troubleshooting capabilities.
