About the Role

The Field Service Representative is responsible for managing and executing all service-related activities within the assigned territory, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise, customer support, and training responsibilities to minimize equipment downtime, deliver high-quality interventions, and promote SINOBOOM’s products and services.
