What Will You Do?

  • Lead Field Service Start-Up and Technical Service scheduling, record keeping / database, tracking, metrics of results and elapsed time to resolution; report results to management regularly.

  • Implement continuous improvement processes to lower incidents of system / field errors; maintain database of technical service tickets and resolutions; reduce time to resolution.
