Your role - Feild Service Supervisor

  • Domestic & Global supporting nationwide service operations with occasional coordination with regional suppliers or partners.
  • Requires strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal teams (warehouse, service engineers, and sales) and external suppliers.
  • The efficiency of work and quality of customer management depend on team workload, inventory availability, and the level of collaboration with external service partners.
  • Oversees daily service requests, prioritizes urgent cases, coordinates field service activities, conducts team briefings, reviews performance metrics, and handles weekly reporting and process improvement planning.
  • Ensures service quality, response times, customer satisfaction scores, and team performance metrics meet targets.
