About The Role
As a Field Service Support, you will make an impact by ensuring the operational continuity of the client's technological ecosystem through on‑site support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and end‑user assistance. You will be a valued member of the CIS team, working collaboratively with your manager, technical teams, and client stakeholders to guarantee a stable, efficient, and secure IT environment.
In This Role, You Will
Provide on‑site technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and IT equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Monitor the performance of computers, networks, and connected devices to identify issues proactively.
Record incidents, manage calls, and maintain accurate documentation within ITSM tools.
