About the Role
As a Field Service Support, you will make an impact by ensuring the operational continuity of the client's technological ecosystem through on‑site support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and end‑user assistance. You will be a valued member of the CIS team, working collaboratively with your manager, technical teams, and client stakeholders to guarantee a stable, efficient, and secure IT environment.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide on‑site technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and IT equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor the performance of computers, networks, and connected devices to identify issues proactively.
- Record incidents, manage calls, and maintain accurate documentation within ITSM tools.
