Duties & Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support during field visitsBuild and maintain positive relationships with customersInterface with the Engineering Dept. to diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsUnderstand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefingsProduce timely and detailed service reportsComprehend installation and maintenance manualUnderstand shipping bills of materials packing and marking methodsComplete purchase requisitions and submit internal requisitionsProvide quotes to customers for replacement parts Minimum Education
