Field Service Technician
Position Purpose
The Field Service Technician (FST) plays a critical role in supporting internal teams and external customers across North and South America, with occasional global assignments. This position requires strong technical expertise—particularly in electrical systems—along with knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment. The FST ensures timely, efficient, and accurate completion of service tasks, including troubleshooting, installations, repairs, upgrades, and after-sales support, while adhering to all company policies and safety procedures.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to):Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities, troubleshooting and resolving issues with high-speed industrial equipment.
