RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a variety of technical field service duties, including new product installations, equipment start-up, functional testing, and customer training.Act as a professional company representative, ensuring exceptional customer service at customer locations or in any service support role.Read, understand, and work with blueprints, drawings, schematics, manuals, and other specifications.Document machine data, service history, and quality information.Assist customers with parts identification and ordering.Demonstrate products as necessary to support sales.Communicate with regional managers to ensure customer expectations are met and important information is relayed to the appropriate parties.Maintain prompt communication of expenses and service reports on a weekly basis.Make recommendations for changes and improvements based on field servic...
