Job Description

In this exciting and polyvalent position, you will be part of the Laser department team, collaborating closely with the Technicians Manager, the laser R&D team and laser sales team and with customers. After an intensive training period at the factory, you play a pivotal role in the commercial success of laser machines ensuring pre-sales and after-sales technical activities with customers.

Main tasks
  • Collaborate with the R&D team and sales team to conduct technical tests for internal projects or customer projects on laser machines
  • In collaboration with the sales engineer, prepare and proceed to demonstration tests during customers visits at the factory
  • Support existing or future customers on technical aspects related to laser machines
  • Install laser machines on customer’s sites mainly in Germany, ensure training of users, maintenance and after-sales services
