Field Service Technician

Responsibilities and Duties
Installation, troubleshooting and repair of large food processing equipment
Operator, maintenance, sanitation, personnel training in-house and at customer facilities In-house and in-field demonstrations
Customer phone/email support including PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting
Equipment pre-delivery and setup preparation
Rebuilding, repair, and preventative maintenance of customer machines in-house and in the field
Building maintenance and general housekeeping duties

Qualifications and Skills
Associates degree, equivalent technical training, or appropriate hands-on experience Experience in electronics, AC/DC drives and inverters, PLCs, and electro-mechanical systems Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively throughout the continental United States, including weekends
