About Client: The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as Client, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch. It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power today's digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support. Rate Range: $19-$21/Hr Job Description: This role will be supporting IT field projects at client sites, including: Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. Setting up, installing, moving, and removing IT equipment. Performing equipment configuration and verification. Following project documentation and instructions with high accuracy. Collaborating with project managers, team leads, and clients to ensure successful execution. Qualifications: Strong ability to follow technical documentation and instructions. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Hands-on IT field support experience preferred (installations, deployments, site moves, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage tasks onsite. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong technical execution. Schedule & Work Conditions: Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed. On-call required: Yes. Shift differentials: No. If you work late, you may adjust your start time the following day. Driving: Worker will start from home and drive to client sites (up to daily within the Denver Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas). Experience & Certifications: Overall years of experience: Preferred 2-5, but we will train. A certification is good to have but not necessary. Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary. Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus. Client, Dell, and Lenovo experience also desired but not necessary.
