Field Service Technician - Hagglunds

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Hagglunds division, based at our Mackay, QLD branch.

In this hands on role, you will support customers across heavy industry by delivering field based service, fault diagnosis, installation, and maintenance of Bosch Rexroth Hagglunds hydraulic drive systems. You will work with complex hydraulic circuits, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems where safety, reliability, and technical precision are critical. Your hydraulic expertise, problem solving capability, and customer focused approach will directly contribute to reduced downtime and long term aftermarket success.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Respond promptly to customer service and breakdown requests, carrying out on site inspections, hydraulic fault finding, repairs, and system testing to restore equipment performance and minimise downtime.
