Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of our Field Operations Service Team, reporting directly to a Maintenance Manager. In this hands-on role, you will provide first-level mechatronic support to our customers, ensuring smooth operation and reliability of automated systems and intralogistics equipment.

Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on drive and control systems for automated plants and system technology.

Conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis, including corrective actions such as parameterisation and system adjustments.

Manage and resolve customer complaints across all supported mechatronic products.

Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and repair activities.

Hand over completed systems to customers and take responsibility for final acceptance after work completion.
