Job Description

As a Field Service Technician (M/F/T), you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site at customers' locations in Germany, and occasionally abroad (worldwide).

From your home office, you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps/pump systems (e.g., "SIHIdry" / "SIHIboost") in the Frankfurt/Mannheim/Kaiserslautern/Heidelberg region.

Your tasks:

  • Field service, mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)
  • Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work
  • Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses
  • Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports, commissioning reports

    • Your profile:

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or comparable
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Suitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II
  • Driving license class B
  • Good knowledge of English
  • High quality awareness, independent work, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
