About the role

As a Field Service Technician at Rhima Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' commercial equipment. Based in Auburn, NSW, this full-time position will have you travelling to customer sites to provide expert maintenance, repair, and installation services. What you'll be doing

• Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance visits to customer sites

• Diagnose and repair a variety of washing equipment, including dishwashers, glasswashers, medical bed pan washers, industrial crate washers, bin washers and more

• Install new equipment and provide training to customers on proper use and maintenance

• Maintain detailed records of all service work and report on equipment performance
