Field Service Technician PCIJob Description
As a Technical Consultant , you will provide technical support to Philips Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, installations, upgrades, maintenance, repairs, and other activities at the client's facilities in Iberia and remotely in Europe, if necessary.
The Consultant will work with the client's Healthcare Information Systems Implementation teams, providing remote and on-site support for implementation and post-installation, including integration, connectivity with third-party devices, and data exploitation. This position will be especially dedicated to Castilla León. Knowledge of systems and solutions in the health sector within SACYL will be valued.
Your role:
Provide remote and on-site technical support to project teams.
Serve as technical lead for small to medium-sized implementations and manage escalations.
