SMA Australia has a full‑time opportunity for a Field Service Technician in our Large‑Scale Utilities team.

The position is remote – a mix of working in a field service environment and working from home. The successful candidate must be available for regular travel to remote regions, including interstate and, occasionally, international travel. We are looking for someone based in Brisbane.

About The Role

The SMA Field Service Technician is responsible for providing second‑level customer and field services technical support, with safety as the number one priority for our staff and our customers. Duties include developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the Sunny Central family of products and performing commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and analysis of SMA inverters.
