Field Service Technician

Job Description Job Description Our client is hiring a IT Field Technician to assist with a Pin Pad upgrade. This project should take about 3 weeks and will require travel between sites. The start time is 8:45am and the work is performed on specific, pre‑scheduled dates and requires two visits per store during the rollout window. Technicians will support in‑store hardware refresh activities, including: Removing existing pin pad devices Installing new pin pads using provided documentation Securing and organizing cabling (no loose wires or trip hazards) Completing test transactions with store management Taking required photos and completing verification forms Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
