Field Service Technician

$18.79/hr - $23.5/hr
Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in San Francisco, CA 94114.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Associate's degree or its equivalent
+ 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
+ Active driver's license.
+ Good admin and organizational skills.
+ Basic knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networks.
+ Good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
+ A+ certification
**What You Will Be Doing**
+ Travel to each client’s location.
+ Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Printers. Works under general supervision.
+ Local travel is required for daily dispatch.
+ Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
+ Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
+ Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
+ Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
