Position Overview: 

As part of the talented Customer Experience team, act on the front line to provide world-class service to Disney and its rental and work fleet of boats. Technician must assure that all motors and boat controls are functioning properly, and that engines maintain show ready appearance. This position is located in Lake Buena Vista on Disney property.

Essential Functions:

  • Receive requests from Marina staff in person, over the phone, or via email regarding boat status to understand and prioritize current needs
  • Provide on-site marine service at assigned customer locations
  • Provide service dockside or at a maintenance facility
