Mission

  • Diagnosing malfunctions, troubleshooting technical problems, and repairing faulty equipment.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.

  • Provide technical support and training to customers.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Your Profile:

  • 3-5years of experience in a field service role, in mining industry

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems

  • Working knowledge of electrical/electronic systems

  • Ability to interpret OEM service manuals, drawings and parts breakdowns

  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and Proven ability to identify root cause
