- Install, commission, and qualify semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, repairs, and calibrations
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Provide on-site training and technical support to customer personnel
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job-related documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to coordinate service schedules
