Job Description

  • Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Field Support
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
  • Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
  • Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
  • Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
  • Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (with a focus on Microsoft)
  • Willing to travel to other sites from your Home base located around 2 hours driving distance
  • Willing to travel to other locations for Training purpose
  • Solid team and people skills
  • Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills
