Job Description Job Description FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN – INSULATED METAL PANELS Position Summary The Field Technician provides on-site technical support for the installation, inspection, and performance of FALK’s insulated metal panel (IMP) systems. This role works directly with contractors, installers, and customers to ensure panels are installed correctly, meet project specifications, and perform as designed. As a technical representative of FALK Panel, the Field Technician supports quality assurance, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle by serving as a knowledgeable field resource and problem solver.
